Deployed custom patches. Created written and audio/visual documentation for reoccurring technical tasks. Created and automated custom vulnerability scans to fit the needs of specific device types. Sat in on meetings about various compliance and auditing tasks. Assisted the other teams within ITS with the projects and problems they were currently working on.

Investigated ticket based alerts for a wide range of SIEM technologies in multiple different business sectors including healthcare, and law. I also shadowed our in house red team on multiple penetration tests, and was the after hours on call help desk technician.

I assisted Students and Staff with computer and network troubleshooting through our in person and tele helpdesk. Facilitated new device rollouts to thousands of students and staff. Worked with Enterprise computer management and inventory systems. Managed the updating and imaging of chrome and windows devices. Assist in the upgrade of networking equipment throughout the district.
